WrldFcst is a weather app designed to provide current conditions, forecasts, radar, and weather alerts. This Privacy Policy explains what information WrldFcst uses and how it is handled.

WrldFcst may use your location to provide weather information for your current area, including current conditions, forecasts, radar context, weather alerts, and widget updates.

You may also search for and save locations manually. Saved locations may include city names, coordinates, and country or region information needed to display weather data.

Location Data

If you allow location access, WrldFcst uses your device location to show local weather and update weather widgets. Location access can be changed at any time in iOS Settings.

WrldFcst does not sell your location data.

Weather Data Providers

WrldFcst uses third-party weather and government data sources to provide weather information. These may include services such as Open-Meteo, the National Weather Service, the Storm Prediction Center, GeoSphere Austria, RainViewer, and other official or weather-related data providers depending on your selected location.

When WrldFcst requests weather data, your selected coordinates or searched location may be sent to these services so the correct forecast, radar, or alert data can be returned.

Notifications

WrldFcst may request notification permission to provide weather-related notifications. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.

Data Storage

WrldFcst may store app preferences on your device, such as selected units, saved locations, location settings, and recent weather data used for widgets.

WrldFcst does not require you to create an account.

Data Sharing

WrldFcst does not sell personal information.

WrldFcst may send location or coordinate-based requests to weather data providers only as needed to retrieve weather information.

Children’s Privacy

WrldFcst is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us.

Your Choices

• Turn off location access in iOS Settings.
• Turn off notifications in iOS Settings.
• Delete saved locations inside the app.
• Delete the app to remove locally stored app data from your device.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
